Merge, split, rotate, crop and reorder PDF pages locally
PDF Arranger is a small Python/GTK desktop application for page-level PDF work. It is a front end for pikepdf and a fork of PDF-Shuffler. Merge documents, split pages into separate files, rotate, crop and rearrange pages through a thumbnail-based interface.
Version 1.14.0 adds fit-to-page zoom, A0/A1/A2 paper sizes and odd/even page swapping, among other changes.
Official Windows downloads include an MSI installer and portable ZIP. Linux users can use distribution packages or the documented Flatpak route. BSD installation is documented too. No macOS download badge is shown because an official Mac installer was not verified. Licensed GPL-3.0-or-later.
This is page arrangement, not a full paragraph editor or a dedicated redaction tool. Do not assume that cropping permanently removes confidential content. Keep source files, export to a new filename and inspect the result, especially for forms, signatures and bookmarks. This is a local desktop app, not a website that needs your documents uploaded for processing.
